Grab a bottle of your favorite C&amp;C <a href=\"https:\/\/www.claibornechurchill.com\/wines\/wine.php?id=203\">Riesling<\/a> (Dry or Semi-sweet) and add it to this simple and tasty recipe below. This is a perfect substitute for the classic Stouts and Irish Whiskeys.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"rI\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.claibornechurchill.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/Paddy_final.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-40 aligncenter\" alt=\"Paddy_final\" src=\"https:\/\/www.claibornechurchill.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/Paddy_final-300x212.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"212\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.claibornechurchill.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/Paddy_final-300x212.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.claibornechurchill.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/Paddy_final-1024x725.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.claibornechurchill.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/Paddy_final.jpg 1728w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<div><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>1 Bottle of white wine (Claiborne &amp; Churchill <a href=\"https:\/\/www.claibornechurchill.com\/wines\/wine.php?id=203\">Dry Riesling<\/a> or our semi-sweet <a href=\"https:\/\/www.claibornechurchill.com\/wines\/wine.php?id=234\">Riesling, Oliver&#8217;s Vineyard<\/a>)<\/li>\n<li>1 Orange cut into wedges<\/li>\n<li>1 Lemon cut into wedges<\/li>\n<li>1-2 Green apples cut into wedges<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 Cup sugar<\/li>\n<li>1-2 Shots of Irish Whiskey (we used Jameson)<\/li>\n<li>2 Cups club soda (you could use ginger ale to sweeten it up)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>Pour the wine into a pitcher and squeeze the juice from the lemon and orange wedges. If you prefer a sweeter Sangria, we suggest using our semi-sweet Riesling. Toss in the wedges of orange, lemon and apple and add sugar and whiskey. Give it a good stir and chill overnight or at least a few hours. Add club soda and ice just before serving.
