We’re extremely pleased with the new Pinot Gris. We now source the fruit from our good friends at Laetitia Vineyard, just to the south of us. And what good fruit it is! The wine is fairly bursting with aromas of peach and pear. And like the Alsace version that inspires us, our Pinot Gris is sleek and succulent and full-bodied.
This is a wine that will hold its own with full-flavored seafood dishes such as Cioppino or Bouillabaisse, and richly-sauced cuisine such as Lasagna Alfredo. |
