2015 Estate Dry Riesling


One of the things we love most about Riesling is how stylistically versatile it can be. While many Rieslings on the market possess a level of sweetness, we’ve always had an affinity for a dry, fruit-forward Riesling. Taking it a step further, we’ve produced a limited production Estate Dry Riesling that emphasizes texture and structure, in addition to fruit and flowers. As is the case with most Rieslings from Alsace, our 2015 Estate Dry Riesling is aged in the bottle for an extended period of time. The result is an ultimate “food wine.” The flavors and aromas are layered with stone fruit, lemon zest, honey, and minerality. While the mouthfeel is round and creamy, it’s backed by a beautiful balance of acidity. Treat yourself by cellaring a few bottles of this Riesling for a couple more years and enjoy its richness and complexity.
