About our Dry Rosé
Our Dry Rosé is the quintessential sunny day wine, although it will also brighten a cloudy day any time of year! Named Cuvée Elizabeth for our daughter Elizabeth whose childhood artwork adorns the label.
Elizabeth took a summer art class when she was just 11 years old and used several mediums including pastels, crayons, tape, acrylics, and watercolors to create this vibrant and cheerful piece. It perfectly complements this refreshing and crisp rosé which is nice and dry like those of Southern France.
Perfectly fitting within our lineup of white and red wines , Cuvée Elizabeth has now been a part of our portfolio for 20+ years. We are proud to be one of the pioneers to offer a dry style rosé from the Edna Valley of San Luis Obispo.
We like to pick the Pinot Noir fruit for this wine early, when the flavors are nice and the acidity is bright, and we can achieve lower alcohol levels. One can look forward to the release of our Dry Rosé every spring and if you’re lucky you may be able to grab some through late summer!
